The AI School for Humans

In-Person AI Courses in Miami-Dade County and Manhattan

HumanisNG teaches you to use artificial intelligence (AI) in person, on your own phone or laptop. A vetted Technologist, our name for the person who teaches every session, sits beside you and works through real tasks from your own life or work, at your pace. Firms bring us in to train their teams. Individuals book us to come to their home or join a small workshop and learn alongside others. Everyone says you should be using AI. Almost no one will sit beside you and teach you. We do.

A School That Teaches AI in Person

HumanisNG is a school for generative AI, the kind of artificial intelligence that answers your questions, summarizes and synthesizes information, and organizes a plan of action for the problems in front of you, at work and at home. We teach in person and hands-on, using the tools you already have. Every session happens on your own device with a Technologist, in one of three formats.

In-home 1-on-1 sessions:

One student, one Technologist, one hour at a time.

Small group workshops:

Eight to twelve people learning the same generative AI tools together, often through a senior living community or club.

Programs for organizations:

Typically two or three-hour sessions, in person.

Students work in Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini, and firms using Microsoft 365 also learn Microsoft Copilot.

How a Session Works

A hand-drawn line illustration of a desk lamp shining on an open notebook, in cream lines on navy.

The method is the same whether we are teaching a firm's partners or students in their home.

Your Own Phone and Laptop, From the First Hour

We teach you on the device you own, set up the way you already use it. Right from the first hour, you open the AI tool of your choice and start learning to use it for a task that matters to you. After the session, the tool remains on your own phone or laptop, ready for practice.

Everyday Tasks From Your Own Life

The student brings the material: the tasks they actually want to accomplish. For many students, that is a letter from a doctor, a question about a financial statement, or a message to a grandchild. For a firm, it might be a client email or an internal report. The AI skills built from these tasks are the ones students continue using after the course ends.

Questions in Natural Language, Answers You Can Use

You talk to generative AI the same way you talk to a person. We teach students how to write a clear prompt that gets the answer they need. Students also learn how AI reads a request, why it sometimes answers incorrectly, and how to test an answer before acting on it.

AI Training for Firms and Organizations

Our executive and corporate AI programs serve firms of 20 to 100 people: law firms, insurance and brokerage offices, accounting practices, wealth management firms, family offices, and specialty medical practices. For example, we designed and delivered a live program for the senior leadership of a national youth-sports organization, two cohorts of roughly twenty leaders each, built entirely around their own workflows.

What a Program Looks Like

We start with a short scoping call with your operations lead and then build the program from scratch for your firm. Most programs are two sessions of three hours each, for up to about twenty people. Programs are taught in person by our most experienced Technologists. Virtual sessions are available when preferred. We measure a program by what people do differently on Monday, not by what they remember from a slide.

The tool, explained simply:

How the AI tool you chose works.

Hands-on activities:

Every participant opens the tool and completes a task.

How to ask:

Craft clear and specific prompts for the results you are looking for.

Real work done live:

A memo, a client letter, data analysis, or something else of your choosing. You keep what you build.

Where it fits:

The parts of your work this tool is best suited for.

What to do Monday morning:

How to apply what you've learned in the week ahead.

Real Work on Your Own Documents

From the first session, participants work on real matters from their own firm. Any document or plan they produce is something they can use right away. The Technologist shows where AI helps and where a person still has to make the call.

Responsible AI Use With Confidential Work

We train your people on the AI services your firm has approved. We also teach responsible AI use as a habit, so participants are clear on which documents may go into a tool and which never leave the building. We sell no software, build no custom AI, and write no AI strategy reports. We teach your people to use the tools your firm already pays for.

AI Courses for Adults, One Person at a Time

A line drawing of a kitchen table with a laptop, a pair of reading glasses and a cup of tea beside a window.

Our in-home AI courses are for adults who want to learn 1-on-1. Students are asked to arrive with something they want to achieve. That may be a letter from an insurer, a lease, a trip to plan, or keeping up in the family group chat. It may be learning to spot a scam and knowing what never to share. A Technologist comes to your home and teaches you on your own phone and laptop. No jargon. No ego. No one left behind.

Essential AI Skills, One Hour a Week

The program includes five weekly sessions of about an hour each.

First Contact:

Your first real conversation with AI, on your own phone and laptop, and the three rules that turn a vague answer into a useful one.

Know Your Tool:

Teach the tool who you are, then put it to work on your photos, documents, voice, and search.

Find Your Tool:

Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini head-to-head on your own tasks, so you choose with evidence.

Make It Yours:

Make it sound like you, connect it to your real accounts, and build a workspace you will open again tomorrow.

Build Your AI Life:

The fifth session covers the assistant you use in depth.

The student sets the pace. Sessions adapt to vision, hearing, and mobility needs.

The Technologists Who Teach Every Session

We hire Technologists for character first, teaching ability second, and technical skill third. We hire for empathy and train for AI. Many have a background in the classroom. Every Technologist is vetted and background-checked for 1-on-1 and in-home settings, with no exceptions, and they complete training on the HumanisNG curriculum and method before their first session.

We are hiring Technologists in Miami and New York City for part-time, in-person work with local travel.

Where HumanisNG Teaches

HumanisNG currently teaches in two markets, and both offer in-home 1-on-1 sessions and programs for organizations.

Sunny Isles Beach, Aventura, Bal Harbour, Coconut Grove, Coral Gables, and Miami Beach, with Fort Lauderdale and Boca Raton to the north.

With the Hamptons in season.

In-Person AI Courses FAQ

Do I need to know anything about computers before an in-person AI course?

No. Our courses are built for non-technical adults, and the first session begins with opening the tool on your own phone or computer. The Technologist starts wherever you are.

Most programs are two sessions of three hours each for up to about twenty people at a time. During the scoping call, we agree on how a firm of thirty is split into groups. The first session typically happens a few weeks after that call.

The AI tools we teach are Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini, plus Microsoft Copilot for firms that use Microsoft 365. In the Find Your Tool session, you choose the one that fits your tasks and devices.

Pricing depends on the format. In-home 1-on-1 courses, small group workshops, and programs for organizations are each priced differently, based on group size and scope. We'll walk you through pricing on your intro call.

HumanisNG teaches in-person AI courses for non-technical adults and for firms and organizations in Miami-Dade County, including Sunny Isles Beach, Aventura, Bal Harbour, Coconut Grove, Coral Gables, and Miami Beach, and in Manhattan, with the Hamptons in season. Write to us or book an intro call.
